Hey folks! I’m in the Gaslight Theater Comedy Contest on Sunday, October 1st! Only $10 to get in! A great time, and a great way to support Tom Brown.
Also, the old Gaslight District has an amazing story in the history of Comedy. It’s where the St. Louis version of the Compass Players (which would go onto become Chicago’s Second City) took the stage in late 50’s. There they created the basic rules of what makes improvisation comedy work. The players include the team of Nichols and May and the ever infamous Del Close.
