Tom Brown

Tom Brown is a Stand Up Comedian based near Detroit, MI, (formerly STL, MO) having grown up in the Northwoods of Northern Michigan. Tom has performed at festivals and showcases around the country. Tom studied improv comedy at the iO Theater in Chicago. His style mixes personal, pop culture, politics and the absurd into a unique comic voice.

Tom Brown hosted and produced the South City Comedy Series in St. Louis since 2018. It was one of the longest running weekly independent stand up showcase in St. Louis. Comics he has hosted include Michael Palascak, Adam Burke, Joe Fernandez and so many more! The show also introduced up and coming comic acts that are just now starting to break out!

He’s like a news anchor has had enough and is delivering the news while wearing a clown nose. Tom has jokes that are rare for me in that no matter how many times I hear them they still make me laugh hard. I love watching new audiences discover Tom because once they are onboard he can lead them anywhere. I’ve seen a lot of standup and I always love watching Tom.
